Effects of the active ingredients:
Hydrolyzed sponge 99% - (spicules) are microparticles of natural origin. When applied onto the skin, they form microscopic channels, allowing for improved efficacy of the active ingredients and their significant absorption deeper into the skin. They trigger gentle exfoliation, remove dead skin cells and stimulate regeneration processes at the same time.
PDRN is an innovative ingredient extracted from salmon DNA. Cosmetics uses it to rejuvenate the skin, improve its elasticity, moisturize it and reduce visibility of wrinkles. The product stimulates cell regeneration, together with anti-inflammatory effect and reduced pigmentation. You will appreciate its pronounced anti-aging effect.
Peptides are our invaluable helpers. Not for nothing are they referred to as "natural Botox without needles", which forms the face contours. Their ability to target various skin problems makes them a valuable part of modern cosmetology. They play a specifically important role in anti-aging action and wrinkle reduction.
Caviar is a rich source of vitamins and essential fatty acids. These ingredients can contribute to moisturizing and improving skin elasticity, as well as to promoting cell regeneration.
Caviar nourishes the skin, supports its regeneration and leaves it file and silky.
Hyaluronic acid, when used in cosmetics, acts as a powerful hydration and regeneration factor that improves skin appearance, slows down the signs of aging and helps maintain the skin fresh and youthful.
Microbiome (Ectoin) is an invisible shield of your skin. Ectoin is used in cosmetics for its exceptional protective, moisturizing and regenerating properties. By neutralizing free radicals, protecting cells from water loss, increasing skin resistance to UV rays, and protecting cell structures against stress it slows down development of the signs of aging.
Centella Asiatica - (Asiatic pennywort) soothes, regenerates and supports the protective barrier function of the skin.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3) - unifies skin tone, helps reduce the visibility of pigment spots, smoothes skin texture, brightens, regulates excessive sebum production and strengthens the natural barrier function of the skin. It has soothing and anti-inflammatory effects.

Products with microneedles have a different mechanism of action than conventional cosmetic products. Immediately after the application of microneedles, there is a gentle "stinging/ pinching" sensation and redness, which is a desirable process. This is due to the fact that microneedles penetrate the skin and form microchannels for more efficient absorption of active ingredients. The microneedle sensation can persist on the skin for about 24-72 hours. After that, it disappears spontaneously.
For more sensitive skin types, we therefore recommend testing tolerance on a small patch of skin (elbow pit or wrist) before full application. It is necessary to follow the correct use of the product and the recommendations after its application to avoid skin irritation.
Apply the microneedle products 1 to 3 times a week, always in the evening, on cleansed and toned skin. The skin should be dry (i.e. after the toner has been absorbed) before applying the microneedles.
Do not combine with AHA/BHA/LHA/PHA acids, Vitamin C and Retinoids due to a higher risk of skin irritation, redness or hypersensitivity.
If necessary, these advised agents can be applied on other days.
In domestic skin care, any combination with cosmetic instruments is not recommended.
Do not apply onto eyelids and lips!
Make sure to avoid the eye area!
Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin!
Avoid "scrubbing the skin"; just gently press the product into the skin with your fingertips!
Do not scratch the skin after applying the product! Itching is common and will subside on its own!
More sensitive individuals are advised to apply the soothing 2DERM REHA Special after the microneedle application, also to help strengthen and regenerate the skin barrier function faster.
We recommend applying SPF 50 during the day, especially where sun exposure may occur.
APLLICATION
1 - 3 times a week, always in the evening, on cleansed and toned skin. Gently tap the cream into the skin with your fingertips. Make sure to avoid the eye area!
Intended use: normal, dry, mature, demanding skin, for which conventional care is no longer sufficient.
We recommend to apply the product alone or, for effect intensification, over PDRN & Peptide Serum (or e.g. Serum with Exosomes).
