ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRANSPORT COST

The transport cost is determined individually, according to the carrier's tariffs for the destination country (besides the CR, SR, and PL).
You will be informed about the transport cost, final price of the order, and estimated delivery date in a separate email.
Preliminary price list of transport and delivery dates can be found HERE.
At the same time, a proforma invoice will be issued and payment instructions sent.


PAYMENT AND DELIVERY DATE
A prepayment to the banking account has been selected.
The goods will be sent from the central branch in Brno, Czech Republic within 24 hours. (during working days) from provable payment of the purchase price to the seller’s account.
The delivery date depends on the carrier's conditions for the destination country.


I RECEIVED DAMAGED PARCEL, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
If the parcel shows any visible signs of tampering or damage, i.e. it is open, unstuck, soaked, or mechanically damaged,  DO NOT ACCEPT IT and contact us immediately:
