This mainly concerns products based on a content of the ingredients physiologically present in the structures of the skin surface (e.g. ceramides, cholesterol, urea, etc.), which deliberately discharge any ingredients able to cause hypersensitivity (i.e. allergenic materials). Despite that, the development of such irritation cannot be ruled out during application of these cosmetic or dermatological products to a sensitive skin.
